The team consists of a number of experienced project managers who have extensive experience managing collaborative research projects within EC funded and National funded programmes. Our project managers are results driven individuals with strong leadership and a good mix of commercial and technical skills. With strong technical backgrounds – PhDs and significant work experience in their specialist areas – they are experienced in delivering product and process focussed projects from R&D through to product launch.
They are particularly knowledgeable in projects covering renewable energy technologies, advanced materials and high value manufacturing.
The team are frequently involved in the preparation of project work plans and budgets with the proposal writing team as well as helping project consortia with contract negotiations with the funding body. This enables our project managers to rapidly understand the technical and commercial aspects of a given proposal and provides a starting point with which to engage with industry, academics and research and technology organisations (RTO’s) at a high level. In addition, we provide project admin support services assisting with paperwork and providing guidance on funded project management processes and procedures.
We offer our project management services alongside our proposal writing services so that our clients and project consortia can concentrate wholly on the development and validation of their technology.
